dont worry, you will be become similar to them without even trying and the best bit is you wont even notice till one day youll go, woah, did i just say/do that…man.
This is why I am creating a list of what I do not want to be :)
Pfft, I hope I am like my parents. They’re amazing people who are self-less and always there for me. Christ, if I’m even half the person my mum is I’ll be happy. I know that doesn’t apply for everyone, or even a lot of people, but in some cases (and I am emphasize some, this isn’t directed at you simonparasite) some teenagers take their parents for granted and have this stupied vendetta against them because okay, maybe they’re a bit embarrassing or they’re a bit strict but fuck, they’re doing their best and you only hate them because it’s “cool” and all your other friends “hate their parents so fucking much, omg I wish they’d die in a fire, they suxxx!”. I’m sure kids in Africa who’ve had to raise their brother and sisters from age 9 and fend for themselves would beg to differ.
Rant over :)
